SELF CONFIDENCE- The master stroke of success

SELF CONFIDENCE- The master stroke of success

"With confidence, you have won before you have started"

'Self Confidence' is the trending demand of the current scenario. There's nothing wrong with saying that a 'rote learner' could hardly cope with the trending atmosphere. There's no worth working hard when you don't have the ability to express and carry yourself aptly. On the contrary, if you know the tactics of self-confidence, a fifty percent effort would give an extraordinary output. The aforesaid lines might sound stupid. I would quote a real-life example to illustrate my point.

Have you ever thought that why there's a stress on decision making, thinking ability, reasoning, presence of mind, and aptitude when it comes to MNCs interview?? As per our current mindset, the stress should be laid on the coursebook of a four-year technical course, isn't it? This is done to check whether you are suitable for the job or not. They make sure that the individual they are selecting is capable of handling tough situations. Handling a sudden outbreak in a company isn't easy. This could be handled and managed by a group of individuals who have confidence in themselves and have groomed with every passing day. Rote learners couldn't handle this because he has seen the world with closed eyes, i.e., through his books.

In this cruel and selfish world, it's quite essential to have faith in oneself. To have the courage to stand against all odds and to have a belief that whatever you are doing is right. One should be open to feedback but in the end, one should do what their brain says. The feedbacks should not affect the final performance. One should become deaf to the comments being passed when it's the time for the finale. This is what 'SELF CONFIDENCE' is all about. There's no end of knowledge. One should keep grasping and learning throughout their life but when it's the time to implement, then one should think that whatever they know is more than enough to lead the world. Group discussions are a versatile and standard example of the same.

I strongly believe that confident ones are more successful than rote learners. There are innumerable benefits of high self-confidence:

  • Extraordinary output with lesser efforts
  • Attract people
  • Stands out from a crowd
  • Confident Speaker
  • High self-esteem
  • Quick decision making
  • Leaders

Committing mistakes is a human tendency. There's nothing wrong with it. They become an issue when they are noticed at the wrong time. Once you are up for the finale, don't give negative gestures if something goes wrong. Wear confidence like it was part of the act and it was done purposely. Correct yourself and work on your skills once you are down the stage. Always put forward your point of view. Don't think about the reactions people would give. Speak as if whatever you are saying is the universal thought. Let people judge you, they were born to do so. Speak as you were born to speak. The great Amitabh Bachchan would have never been successful if he gave importance to this cruel world. He was once rejected for his voice but he knew somewhere that he was blessed with an exceptional voice and the rest is history.

There's a very thin line between self-confidence and overconfidence. The day you'll stop responding to feedback, you'll become overconfident and your downfall would be nearer. Self Confidence is all about improving in personal and performing in public. The day you'll stop learning and grooming, you are no longer a confident person. You have now become an overconfident individual whose characteristics are similar to a bookworm.

Dressing and makeup are all accessory things, they just boost up your self-confidence. Self-confidence is a virtual thing that is worn on the face and reflected in one's move.

STAY CONFIDENT. LEARN IN PERSONAL AND PERFORM IN PUBLIC.
