LIVE YOUR LIFE TO THE FULLEST

These days, people are so much busy with their work that somewhere they have forgotten the essence of enjoying the precious moments of life. Recently, we (Sakshi Desure and I) conducted a survey for people of all age groups. I was stunned by the responses received.Through the responses received, I realized that there is a huge crowd who don't get time for themselves. They don't get much time to sit with their loved ones. Some believe that money is more important than happiness. Via this form, I realized that there's a need to write about the different aspects of mindfulness.

We all (including me) are afraid to enjoy life; we restrict ourselves from doing things that we enjoy the most. I think the reason behind this is that we feel either it's a wastage of time or we are worried about the results. But believe me, inner peace (satisfaction) is the biggest achievement. Many of us don't even remember the last day they enjoyed for their own inner peace. Just for once, don't think about this stupid fake world, just for a while don't think about the consequences of our deeds. Just do it, you'll feel, you'll experience real happiness.
For the entire span, we don't live our life to the fullest, the reason being we are saving for the future. We live harder now, in the hope for an easy future but what I have observed is that all of this is an illusion. With every passing day, we are losing a diamond from a necklace. What would you do with a thread and diamonds in your palm, when you have lost the neck to embrace it? This may seem a distracting thought. But believe me, forget about your future, just live your present to the fullest by taking lessons from the past. Find happiness in little moments around you. Don't be busy posing fake when you are broken inside. Rather, capture the moments in your hearts. These pictures are just a mere thing.

How ironic it is to know, we have hundreds of friends on Instagram and Facebook, but when we are on the death bed, the only people praying for our health are the immediate family members. For our entire life, we live for likes and comments, we don't talk much to our immediate ones because we are busy in building a network and maintaining a healthy status for our near future. When something unfortunate occurs, we all wish if we could reverse the hands of clocks; we regret our deeds. The only reason for this uninvited regret is that we don't live in the present moment. Half of the time we are busy regretting the past and the rest we are busy planning the future but the golden time, i.e , the PRESENT is lost somewhere between the two ends. In the time allotted, we are so much occupied in making new friends, that we lose the gems.

Everyone is busy competing with one another. Somewhere we ignore the fact that everyone has their own pace. It's okay to get success at 50, there's nothing wrong if women get married at 40. Everyone says there should be some exciting change in the present scenario, there should be some good factor in our regular lives but no one wants to be the change that we are expecting in our lives. There are so many walls around us, some created by our very own conscience, the other by our fruitful society, that we can't see the clear sky. We find dumb routes to escape rather than being the bulldozer who'll break these wall. When did ending one's life became an easier option, rather than living it? Why it has become a burden these days to live life to the fullest?

Many people say that the reason is money, is it so? No, it can never be money. Had it been true, the king of the palace would have been the richest being of the kingdom. On the contrary, he's the most puzzled one . He not only deals with the curve  balls of his own life, but also looks after his kingdom's people. The essence of writing so long is not that if we'll live in the present, every sorrow will diminish. Rather, the essence is sorrows and happiness are a part of life, but our life's balance is much inclined towards sorrows. Here where the problem arises, the life's balance should either be inclined towards happiness or should form a perpendicular. Who knew one day we'll be stuck in our homes and miss the good old happy days? We all are definitely regretting, thinking that when we had good time in our hands, if we would have laughed a little louder, cried a little harder, hugged a little tighter.

Life is always going to throw curve balls towards us. It's totally on us how we'll mold the tough time into a little good. All this could  be done by seeing the positive aspect. Talking about quarantine, it gave us more time to laugh with our closed ones, to pop out the skills that were buried inside. It taught us a lesson that money can't buy happiness. The key to live a happy life is be satisfied with what you have but never show off. If you think that you are having too much, look at the ones who are above you. Someday, if you feel low have a look at those who are below you. In this way you'll always respect your status. There's nothing bad in becoming a Richie Rich, the problem is that your happiness should not be compromised. The Almighty would have never created this universe, if he would have known about today’s world. Our lord made the humans and we were the ones who corrupted it by means of  so called religion. Why there’s a need to fight? Why can’t we live happily?

One day we’ll burn in ashes and the only legacy we'll leave behind is our good deeds. My only urge to you is stop having cat fights over these issues. Spread peace and happiness so that people could remember you for something good. Talking more about death, we live in a world where the individuals are praised after death. Give it  a thought. Start praising the people around you. Who knows your lovely words can save their life. Atleast that dying  individual would be aware that the world needs him/her. Being jealous is a human tendency, but having a control over it, is what needed today.

Writing an idealistic article about happiness is not tough. Hardest part is the implementation. I'm also like you all, never satisfied, too emotional, too greedy but let's promise ourselves that we'll live our life to the fullest. We'll laugh a little louder and hug a little tighter.
